This South African knew exactly what she had to do when she found a full purse at a shopping centre in Pretoria.

Pretoria, South Africa – Elmari Kemp has had her faith in humanity restored, after a fellow shopper found her full purse and contacted both Home Affairs and the local Police Station to find her.

Elmari had lost her purse while at the Kolonnade Shopping Centre and believed that she would never see it again but then she received a phone call from a stranger, who had gone to great lengths to find her.

“This is a lady with compassion! She phoned Home Affairs and the Police to get hold of me, in order to return my purse. Security is following up on the case but in the meanwhile I am grateful to Mosidi Sebueng for caring about another person in distress. I salute you. May the window of heaven open over you with unmeasurable blessings.”

Mosidi Sebueng insisted that she wanted nothing in return for the kind deed but Elmari bought the Good Samaritan a massive bunch of flowers to thank her when they met.

It’s small acts of kindness like this, that show us the real South Africa. Just ordinary citizens doing extraordinary things!
