Mr Beast surprised 11-year-old Gabriella Kikoba, who is bravely battling a brain tumour, with a heartfelt personalised video message, fulfilling her dream and showcasing the power of kindness.

Johannesburg, South Africa (07 June 2024) – This could possibly be the most beautiful thing you see today!

The Reach For A Dream Foundation recently shared the most heartwarming video of a special moment when Gabriella Kikoba, an extraordinary 11-year-old girl bravely battling a brain tumour, received a surprise video from Mr Beast.

Mr Beast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, is a prominent American YouTuber, philanthropist, and entrepreneur known for his elaborate stunts, challenge videos, and large-scale charitable initiatives. Due to his unique content and generous acts of kindness, he has garnered immense popularity and a massive following on YouTube.

Gabriella finds immense inspiration in Mr Beast’s philanthropic endeavours and has always dreamed of a personal connection with him. This is when Reach for a Dream stepped in.

“Reach For a Dream” is a charitable organisation that aims to fulfil the dreams of children who are facing life-threatening illnesses. Founded in South Africa in 1988, the organisation works to provide hope, joy, and a sense of normalcy for children aged 3 to 18 who are battling severe medical conditions.

Through the collaborative efforts of Reach for a Dream Foundation, Mr Beast Philanthropy, Atomic Marketing, and Mike Sharman (who we often feature on Good Things Guy), Gabriella’s dream came true in a truly magical way.

The team set up a fake video that “glitched,” and then Mr Beast appeared to deliver a personalised message to Gabriella.

Her face “said it all” when she realised what was happening.

Mr Beast is the most followed person on YouTube and has amassed over 274 million subscribers. We can only imagine the amount of requests he gets on a daily basis. To take time out for this young South African shows so much heart.

“We are thrilled to have played a part in making Gabriella’s dream a reality,” said Julia Sotirianakos, spokesperson for the Reach for a Dream Foundation. “Her strength and zest for life are truly inspiring. Moments like these highlight the transformative power of dreams and kindness.”

A video from a celebrity might seem like something small, but actually, the smallest things are the biggest things. And seeing Gabriella’s reaction is going to give you all the feels.
