“Because hope is the bird that flies even when she can’t see the dawn.” – Nightbirde

Global (24 July 2022) – The Marczewski family released a powerful original song and music video performed by Nightbirde before her tragic passing… and the song is charting in 10 countries worldwide!

Nightbirde captivated the world with her outlook on life while battling terminal cancer. She first shared her story on America’s Got Talent when she auditioned and had us all awed by her beautiful voice and powerful lyrics. She entered the talent show to share her passion for poetry and songwriting.

Nightbirde, whose name is Jane Marczewski, battled aggressive cancer with grace and pure honesty. She was given a 2% chance to live back in June 2021, or in a time frame, around six months. Despite her pain and exhaustion, Jane went on to try to follow her dreams and last wishes.

Her song “It’s Okay” was the story of her cancer battle and the last year of her life. During her audition on America’s Got Talent, she explained to the judges that she was okay but had cancer in her spine, lungs, and liver. An indication of an advanced stage of cancer. Jane hoped people would understand that she was so much more than the bad things happening in her life.

After outliving her given time, Jane spread her wings and left the world feeling heartbroken in February this year but also inspired us all to keep going when times are hardest.

And even in her passing, the talented artist is doing it again!

The Marczewski family released the powerful song and music video in aid of The Nightbirde Memorial Fund, a foundation that donates to cancer research and will help support those unable to afford the treatment they need.

“We hope you feel her presence, hope, happiness and joy by remembering Jane is flying high with no more pain. We are so happy she got to taste her music dreams on earth, in her lifetime.”
