Angela was found in an abandoned pigsty fighting for her life against a bad case of tick bite fever; today, she is healthy, happy and ready to get her love to a loving family.

Cape Town, South Africa (08 July 2022) – Pit Pals is a breed-specific rescue centre in Cape Town that rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes power breeds like the pitbull.

They founded the rescue centre in June of 2016 and have rehomed hundreds of dogs and puppies since.

“Our aim is to educate the community about the importance of training and socialising Pitbulls. As well as promote sterilisation and regular vaccinations. Pit Pals is a pro-life and pro-quality-of-life organisation.”

Many of the rescue and rehabilitation cases are hard to see, but the Pit Pals team never shy away from the hard stuff, and before long, the dogs they save look like new!

That was the case for pitbull Angela, who was found neglected and very sickly, abandoned in a pigsty. Pit Pals rescued her and got her back to health. Today she is remarkably different and in such good health. Now all she needs is a loving family.

Pit Pals have been working hard to find Angela a loving new home, but so far, nobody has been her perfect match.

“SHARING AGAIN FOR OUR ANGEL ANGELA because she has so much love to give, she needs her family now!

Cape Town – YOU are my what if.

What if a shooting star granted my wish. And what if YOU loved me, in every way I love YOU. And what if, I am for YOU and YOU are for me!

And what if it’s YOU who makes our beautiful Angela’s one wish in the whole wide world come true ☺ a forever family.

Found scared and starving, fighting tick bite fever alone in an abandoned pigsty, Angela has healed and grown. Flourished! And even after having gone through so much pain and heartache in her short little life, she loves…..oh my gosh does she love! With every inch of her being and beyond! She is obsessed with people and is the most beautiful example of strength and resilience.

Petite ANGELA is pure sunshine, her amazing temperament and adoring nature make her the perfect family pooch, she comes in close for cuddles and before you know it your lap has become her lap!

We honestly can’t stop gushing about this girl, the crazy insane amount of love she has to give, you will feel completely and see immediately, it starts at the way she looks at you. To the tail that never stops wagging. With a proper introduction she could get on with a friendly male (her size or bigger)”
