A video recently surfaced of two young supporters giving a ‘shout-out’ to one of the Kishugu – Working on Fire pilots, while he was busy supporting local fire authorities with the Betty’s Bay fire.

That pilot was Zayin Vermaak and he wanted to give a “shout-out” BACK to his two little fans. So he shared an inspiring message for his young fans.

“Our job is demanding, and generally in difficult conditions, but over and above putting out fires there is always huge satisfaction in the human factor of helping protect people and their homes. The appreciation shown by the two awesome kids and their ‘Thank you’ sign makes it all worthwhile!”

How cool was that? You can watch the video of the kids and Zayin flying overhead, below.
