Young child is stealing the hearts of social media with his commitment to his pup!

A young South African is stealing the hearts of social media after falling asleep while waiting for his pup’s operation to be over.

The Pro-Life Pet Rescue, Rehabilitation and Adoption Agency shared the beautiful image of the “tuckered out” young man, taking a nap next to his dog after it was spayed. According to the organisation, the young animal lover arrived early in the morning and spent the whole day waiting with his dog until the dog was treated.

Once the dog had been spayed, the organisation lay it down to wake peacefully from the anaesthetic. The young man was exhausted from the long day and sat next to his beloved dog.

There, he fell to sleep while waiting and one of the volunteers placed a blanket over him so he could rest easy.

Pro-Life Pet Rescue is passionate about pets! We bring hope to the helpless. Provide love to the lost, And restore dignity to the discarded. We are the voice for those who cannot speak. A sanctuary for the sick, homeless and meak. Our cats and dogs were once starving, abandoned or abused. We can’t change their past, but we can rewrite their future.

The organisation said seeing the young man doze off was incredibly cute and inspiring.

“Outreach is tiring, he stayed with his dog the whole day. How cute is this?” – Pro-Life Pet Rescue, Rehabilitation and Adoption Agency.

Facebook users loved seeing the image of the young man. As they say, children are our future and if this young man’s love is anything to go by, we have a bright future in store.

There is hope for the future when someone so young can love his dog that much.” – Melanie Du Plessis
