The Gauteng-born driver has become the youngest female Formula Vee champion and is steadily climbing the ranks of competitive circuit racing.

Johannesburg, South Africa (20 February 2026) – South African motorsport has a fresh young name in the paddock, and she’s not there to make up the numbers. Chloe Stuart is planning her next move on the track and doing it at full throttle!

The Gauteng-born racer is already rewriting record books, becoming the youngest female ever to win a Formula Vee title and the first woman in more than five decades to do so. Long before podium finishes and sponsor logos, Chloe was choosing a battery-powered car over dolls at just 18 months old. By seven, she was karting competitively, guided by her dad, Barry, a former endurance kart racer. From there, things escalated quickly.

She worked her way up through the SSS Prokart Midgets and into the F200 and F300 classes, finishing third in the F300 Championship in 2022. A move to Formula M saw her scoop the Class C Championship, top the Index of Performance and earn the title of Formula M Driver of the Year. Then came a standout moment in Cape Town. And winning the Libre Invitational.

But it was her switch to Formula Vee that truly shifted gears. Bigger cars. Closer racing. Zero room for error. As the youngest driver on the grid and only woman, she kept her cool and ended her debut season as Rookie Champion.

Backed by various sponsors, Chloe represented South Africa at the Tillotson T4 Nations Cup in Spain, competed in the KZ2 Shifter Kart series, and in 2025 joined Pablo Clark Racing as a development driver in a BMW E46 330i. That partnership quickly paid off when she became the first woman to win a BMW M-Performance race in Class F, earning a promotion to Class E. This year, she’s lining up in Class D of the BMW M-Performance NA Cup.

And because it’s 2026, of course, she’s taking fans along for the ride. Her social media pages (Instagram, TikTok and Facebook) offer a behind-the-scenes look at race prep, track walks, gym sessions and those all-important debriefs.

As if that’s not enough, Chloe is also preparing to launch Racer Girl, her first fragrance, and building Classic Cars by Chloe. The project is aimed at restoring vintage vehicles with her team.

South African motorsport is watching as Chole Stuart changes the game with every lap, every gear shift, and every fearless move into the next corner.
