His love and passion for the sport have already taken him to an international platform. Recently, he competed in the European Kids Golfing Championship in Scotland where he placed in the top 10 of the international tournament.
The bright young sportsman has an incredible future ahead of him. His dedication to competing is inspirational which is why he was interviewed by Pippa Hudson on CapeTalk Radio.
Traigh spends his time playing at the Rondebosch Golf Club and is a member at the Royal Cape Golf Club. Having grown up on the greens, Tiana, Traigh’s mother, confirmed that he started crawling on the greens.
“Traigh would be in his car seat, on a golf cart at Rondebosch Golf Club. He obviously picked up a lot as a baby.” – Tiara Pathon
He always surprises people with his talent because he is small for his age. People are often fascinated by his skill. The one thing that matters most, is that the sport makes Traigh happy. If he could, he would spend all his time on the course.
“It feels good when I play golf, it’s fun to be playing.”
