The musician shared footage of South Africans from different cultures dancing and celebrating his music while abroad.
South Africa (25 September 2026) – South African musician Tanner Wareham Music is looking back on one of his favourite moments of the year. That was a celebration in Germany that left him feeling especially proud to be South African.
Sharing a video of the moment on Heritage Day, he reflected on the welcome he received from South Africans from different cultures who came out to support him while he was in Germany.
“This is, this Heritage Day, I look back at the amazing welcome I received from South Africans of every culture who came to support me in Germany,” he wrote alongside the video.
The footage shows him performing one of his songs as people in the crowd dance, sing and enjoy the moment together, creating a distinctly South African celebration far from home.
“My favourite moment of the year so far, a moment I was so proud to be South African,” he wrote.
The video captures South Africans from different backgrounds coming together through music, dancing and a shared sense of home, even while thousands of kilometres away.
