Chante Abbey saved her pocket money for six months and handmade 30 rope toys for dogs waiting for their forever homes.
Pretoria, South Africa (13 October 2026) – Talk about a big heart! Chante Abbey has brought plenty of tail-wagging joy to the dogs at the Tshwane SPCA with a thoughtful donation of dog food, treats, 40 tennis balls and 30 handmade rope toys.
What makes her gesture extra special is the effort behind it. Chante made all the rope toys herself and spent six months saving her pocket money to buy the goodies for the animals.
The treats and toys will give the dogs something to enjoy as they wait for their forever homes, bringing a little extra fun, comfort and excitement to their days.
The Tshwane SPCA has thanked Chante for her generosity, with her kindness serving as a lovely reminder that you’re never too young to make a difference.
That’s 30 handmade toys, 40 tennis balls and a whole lot of love!
