It’s World Chocolate Day and we’ve rounded up chocolate wonders we can all enjoy. Take a look at some wow-worthy wildlife choccie sculptures!

Global (07 July, 2023)—World Chocolate Day rolls around once a year on 7 July, tempting all of us to dip into our deepest chocolate cravings.

While chocolate does box many good qualities despite the naysayers case (dark chocolate can be an antioxidant and some kinds of chocolate have even shown to improve memory), not everyone can risk diving into the chocolate pool for other health reasons. And, too much of anything just isn’t a road anyone should go down (even if it’s paved with chocolate).

Like many of us who have come across curious and wonderful creations on social media, the Good Things Guy team loves a joy-inspiring video, and to our delicious surprise, the algorithm gods led us to an Amaury Guichon binge. Guichon is the guru of chocolate sculpture, having made everything from dragons to unicorns crafted purely from chocolate.

No, this is not a drill.

So, in honour of world chocolate day, we’ve rounded up the one kind of chocolate everyone can enjoy: chocolate sculptures. Better yet, we’ve hand-picked some of Amaury Guichon’s South African-approved sculptures—wildlife!
