South African producer, singer and songwriter Daniel Baron successfully applied to be a part of the Grammy’s and has since been featured in Billboard Magazine.

South Africa (01 November 2022) – South African producer, singer and songwriter Daniel Baron is officially a member of the Grammy’s and has been featured in Billboard Magazine’s Grammy’s Issue.

As a goal for 2022, Daniel put only one thing on his list; to enter the Grammy’s. This weekend, he celebrated his success. He took to his social media pages to thank fellow South African musicians Wouter Kellerman and Tholsi Pillay for helping him figure out the process.

“A massive thank you to Grammy winning music legend Wouter Kellerman and the lovely Tholsi Pillay for mentoring me throughout the process.”

“At the beginning of this year I set a goal. And the fact that it’s already happened is surreal.
This is officially my first feature in the infamous Billboard Magazine. And the fact that it’s because of the Grammy’s is mind-blowing. I’m still in disbelief, and grateful beyond measure.” – Daniel Baron.

The Billboard Magazine Grammy issue reviews all the artists being included in the 2022/23 season. As you can see below, Daniel got a really good feature in the magazine.

Daniel is a platinum-selling artist and owner of the Hit Kitchen Studios. His career has been a full one, working not only on his own music, but guiding fellow artists to produce some of the greatest South African hits.

He has written, produced and collaborated with artists including Euphonik, Kwesta, Sketchy Bongo, Pascal & Pearce, ProVerb, Royal K, Mark Stent, Mandoza, ADAM and Cindy Alter of the 70s supergroup Clout. His music can also be heard in local TV shows, films and commercials.

Now he has a very real chance to be recognised on one of the world’s most acclaimed stages! The next step in this exciting process is to receive an official nomination. We are sending all the good vibes out to see that become a reality. Best of luck Daniel!
