South African graffiti artist Giffy created a masterpiece, by immortalising bees on the walls of the Kloof Pre-Primary School which is also their mascot.

KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa – The Kloof Project was established to embrace the natural beauty of the area and to keep it maintained. It is run by residents who volunteer their time and resources to keep everything looking stunning.

Giffy, a local graffiti artist, was invited to the Kloof Pre-Primary School to add a bit of colour and excitement to their walls. Inspired by the plight of the bee, and the fact that the pre-primary’s mascot is a bee named Barnabee, Giffy created realistic murals of bees.

The beautiful murals really add to the school and fall in line with the goal of uplifting the area.

Giffy is a talented graffiti artist who uses his works to share important messages. He prefers to highlight nature, the ocean and animals. Giffy has done quite a few murals throughout Kloof, including a giant Leopard at Kloof High School.

If you ever find yourself in Kloof, be sure to keep an eye out for the artworks.
