Joost van der Westhuizen’s former school have performed a beautiful war cry tribute in honour of the South African hero and legendary icon.

 

Students at Joost van der Westhuizen’s former school, Hoërskool F.H. Odendaal, have put on a special war cry for the former Springbok legend.

Members of the F.H. Odendaal 1st XV belted out an emotional war cry in memory of their most famous former pupil.

Joost van der Westhuizen, a South African legend on the rugby field and an inspirational hero to many around the world, passed away on Monday in Johannesburg. He was 45.
