South Africa’s beloved Miss South Africa, Mia Le Roux, is in love and she’s getting married! Social media has erupted with congratulatory messages for the crowned beauty as she embarks on a new journey.
Johannesburg, South Africa (09 July 2025) – Sound the wedding bells! South Africa’s darling, Miss South Africa Mia Le Roux, has been swept off her feet and said yes to forever!
Mia shared the amazing news on social media yesterday, revealing that she has been engaged to Luke Tenoever for a while now, but chose to keep mum and enjoy their little love bubble before sharing it with the world.
“I cannot wait to become your wife,” Mia declared in the sweetest message to her love.
“The immense love, patience and sacrifice you have shown me this year have been nothing short of incredible. From the way you hold space for me with calm and steadiness in life’s tough moments, to the way we lose ourselves in laughter over the silliest things. My heart will choose you over and over again, even though you have to inspect your cricket kit for an hour first when I ask for a cup of coffee.”

Social media has been abuzz with congratulatory messages for Mia and Luke.
“Looks like the Miss SA title comes with Husbands coz wow the amount of marriages we have seen from our beautiful SA Queens… massive congratulations Queen Mia,” one user said in a lighthearted comment.
Close friend to the couple, Meagan Shehab, had only good things to say about Luke and how he’s loved and supported Mia.
“My heart is bursting!! Finally, I’m so so happy for you both! Luke, thank you so much for loving, supporting and caring for my girl like no other. Watching your love story unfold was so special, I couldn’t have chosen anyone better for my beautiful Mia. Thank you for loving her with your whole heart. I can’t wait to watch this beautiful relationship grow even more. Mia, my girl, I am so ecstatic for you, I love you both so much!”
Needless to say, Mzansi is overjoyed to see Mia become a Mrs, and so are we! We wish these two only good things as they embark on a new chapter together.
