The Luxe Awards highlight the crème de la crème of South African industries; these are the 20 winners of the Travel Awards for 2024.

South Africa (27 March 2024) — The inaugural Jonsson Workwear Luxe Travel Awards were unveiled in March 2024, and the opulence of South African luxury hospitality took centre stage. Over 100 representatives of South Africa’s luxury hospitality industry travelled to Cape Town to celebrate the very best among them.

South African TV Host Tumi Mogoai hosted the event, which was held at SIBA the Restaurant on the 19th of March 2024.

The winners were chosen by a panel of critics and a digital public vote. Chad Fourie, Chief Judge of the Luxe Travel Awards and Managing Director of The Hospitality Counsel, underscored the importance of these awards in acknowledging the extraordinary hotel experiences that enthral and inspire.

“Over the past nine months, the Luxe Travel Award judges have traversed South Africa in pursuit of unparalleled hotel experiences. Tonight, we extol these eminent establishments, offering them a well-deserved platform to showcase their world-class offerings,” said Chad Fourie.
