Krispy Kreme South Africa launched a campaign to find a young boy who visited their Rosebank store over the weekend… to give him a new wheelchair.
Rosebank, South Africa (21 January 2017) – On Saturday, Theo came into Krispy Kreme Rosebank, where he would be trying the world-famous doughnuts for the very first time.
“Theo arrived in store with a volunteer couple and when I realized this was such a unique story I really wanted to give Theo the full Krispy Kreme experience, which includes a full tour of the factory store as well as giving Theo a chance to create his own delicious creations,” said Jason Cawood Krispy Kreme Rosebank Manager.
The brand shared an image of Theo creating his own doughnuts on their Facebook site and the response they received from the public was completely overwhelming.
Samantha Ackerman from CE Mobility contacted Krispy Kreme head office and has offered to give Theo a brand new wheelchair, custom made for his size and age.
Unfortunately, they did not manage to collect any of Theo’s details but the company would love to find him and get in touch with this truly remarkable news.
They have since created a campaign to #FindTheo, if anyone knows him or knows how to get into contact with him please email [email protected].
