This playful young X-Jack Russell mix is social, affectionate and ready for adoption through the SPCA, where she can grow and thrive in a loving home. Little did they expect that she would be reserved in a flash!
Boksburg, South Africa (27 April 2026)- A young female X-Jack Russell mix named Charlotte is ready to start the next chapter of her life after her social media post sees her reserved in a flash!
Charlotte is still very much a puppy, full of energy, curiosity and the kind of joy that shows up in constant tail wags and affectionate puppy kisses. She is currently discovering the world with bright eyes and a friendly, playful nature, and is now ready to share that spirit with a family of her own.
Expected to grow slightly larger than a typical Jack Russell, Charlotte will need time, patience and positive guidance as she continues to learn and develop. Like all young dogs, she is still figuring things out, but her social nature is already shining through. She is comfortable around other small dogs, and cats are not expected to be a problem.
Animal welfare organisations like the Boksburg SPCA play a vital role in rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals like Charlotte. Through their work, thousands of animals each year are given a second chance at life, receiving medical care, safety and the opportunity to be placed with responsible, loving families.
