Luvuyo, Simangaliso and Sandile, a proudly South African trio, just made SA proud by earning a Golden Buzzer on Greece got Talent.
The trio have been living and working in Greece for 6 months, working as performers in hotels around the country. The trio is made up of Luvuyo, Simangaliso and Sandile.
One of the judges said it would be one of those moments they remember as a magic moment. The second judge commented on how unexpected the performance was and how it rendered him speechless. He then went on to praise the guys for signing up to the show, even as foreigners because Greece too has a multicultural background. He finished off his speech by saying that he feels the guys are serious candidates to win the whole show.
The host of the show then walked out on stage and over to the judges table. The crowd went wild and urged him to push the golden buzzer…
The judges and host chatted in Greek before the host slammed down on the golden buzzer! Just like that, Luvuyo, Simangaliso and Sandile made history as the first golden buzzer act in the whole of Europe. We shed a tear watching their reactions.
They have made South Africans incredibly proud with many thanking Greece for giving the guys such an awesome opportunity to showcase South African talent.
