If you watched the cricket this weekend, you would have seen bowler Kagiso Rabada’s sheer joy as he became the first South African to bowl out a hat-trick at an ICC T20 World Cup.
South Africa (08 November 2021) – Kagiso Rabada has made history as the first South African to bowl a hat-trick at a 2021 ICC T20 World Cup. His reaction to the moment he bowled out his third English batsman gave us so many feel-good feelings.
Rabada’s international cricket career has been a greatly successful one. He has earned himself many titles and all at the age of 26-years-old. In 2018, he topped both the ICC ODI bowler rankings and the ICC Test bowler rankings and became the youngest bowler to take 150 test wickets.
With his latest accomplishment under his belt, it is safe to say that Rabada has an incredible career ahead of him too!
The first wicket was Chris Woakes, the second was Eoin Morgan, and the final wicket was Chris Jordan. While the Proteas may be heading back early, it is great to celebrate such an achievement for Rabada and the team.
