A major expense for animal shelters and rescue groups is the cost of food for animals in their care. This Festive Season, Montego Pet Nutrition is determined to keep tails wagging…
By providing over 20,000 free, nutritious meals through their annual Click2Feed campaign, but need your support!
With the click of a button, you can provide a meal for free to any of the 30 listed animal charities and show your support.
With the ‘howl-idays’ just around the corner, Montego Pet Nutrition encourages South Africans to spare a click for cats and dogs in need with the launch of their sixth annual Click2Feed campaign, an initiative aimed at feeding hungry animals nationwide, running throughout December 2017.
With the aim to give away over 20,000 meals, animal lovers can click here to choose any one of the 30 listed charities and Montego will then donate a nutritious meal on their behalf to that charity.
The local premium pet food brand is starting its donation drive with 20,000 meals to give away, which is likely to increase throughout the campaign through the public donation platform.
From 4 December 2017, additional cash donations in increments of R100 can be made towards the overall ‘basket’ of clicks/meals– enabling South Africans to donate even more, which in turn will increase the duration and size of the charity campaign.
“Montego proudly sponsors a number of animal welfare organisations and charities aimed at rescuing, rehabilitating and caring for vulnerable animals,” says Kelvin Westraat, Marketing Officer at Montego. “The Click2Feed campaign, which is part of Montego’s overall CSI strategy, is another way to show how much we care, and encourage South African’s to give their support too.”
Following the success of the 2016 Click2Feed campaign that saw over R15,000 in cash donations, which accumulated to 27,650 Montego meals donated to a variety of animal charities, Montego is determined to keep the tails wagging.
