In a clip that’s garnered thousands of views, 13 lion cubs crossed the road in the Kruger National Park in the kind of orderly fashion school teachers dream of when it comes to young students.
Kruger National Park, South Africa (18 February 2025) — Some pedestrians might take notes from this family of lion cubs!
In a viral clip shared by Latest Sightings and as tinged by Danie Brink, 13 lion cubs embark on a great trek to get to the other side of the H4-2 that runs through the Kruger National Park in the kind of orderly fashion that looks as if they’d long rehearsed the big walk!
Beyond the obvious adorableness of watching lion cubs just doing their thing, it’s fascinating to observe the organisation that these little cubs had in sticking together, single-file style, to make the trip to the other side quite so neatly.
Par one straggler at the end (we’ve all been there), the 13 lion cubs navigated their road crossing with a kind of graceful professionalism many human jaywalkers could learn from.
For the onlookers who got to see the moment in person, we can only imagine what a delight it was. And if any of these onlookers happened to be teachers who spent years yelling ‘single file’ to students moving through crowded halls, we’re sure a small sigh of satisfaction was let out!
In more news where lions were wholesomely caught on camera, rescued lion Muheeb recently stole our hearts after a clip shared by Animal Defenders International saw Muheeb having a little fun as he chose his Valentine’s Day treat box.
