The Lion’s Head Parody account is making us laugh out loud once again but this time it’s because of a Father’s Day mountain Tweet.

Cape Town, South Africa (22 June 2020) – Lion’s Head may be the ultimate hike in Cape Town but this Lion’s Head Parody Twitter account is the funniest thing to come from Cape Town.

We have been following the account for years now and often find ourselves laughing out loud at the antics that take place.

The account, acting as the mountain itself, is well known for calling out “influencers” and making sure we all know who is breaking the rules. It also acts deeply hurt when people disrespect its status. In 2018, the mountain account took on Chance the Rapper for not climbing the popular hiking trails while in South Africa.

Recently, Cape Town Etc, Tweeted about the beauty of Table Mountain above the clouds but cropped out Lion’s Head. The account was quick to respond and call them out for the slight.

Yesterday the Lion’s Head Parody account took things to an all-new level of funny! By Tweeting “Happy Father’s Day” to its dad. We are rolling with laughter!

If you have never heard of this account before and you live in Cape Town, you need to give it a follow. You won’t be sorry.
