The interview between Trevor Noah and Black Coffee is finally available to South Africans, and we are once again reminded how humble the DJ is.
New York, United States – Earlier this month, we shared the great news that Trevor Noah had invited Black Coffee to join him on The Daily Show. Both proudly South African stars used their social media to hype up people before the video went live but sadly the video wasn’t made available to South Africans.
We promised we would share it as soon as it was up. We are happy to share that the interview is now available.
Black Coffee says being on the show with Trevor Noah is his “ancestors wildest dream”. Th,e pair caught up and shared stories about their love of Africa.
Black Coffee was on an international tour, and after leaving Canada, where he got the chance to hang out with rapper Drake, he set off to the United States. He was invited to join Trevor Noah on The Daily Show.
The pair had a few disagreements and agreed to settle them by arm wrestling. In the end, they both said they want nothing more than to see the African continent thrive and shine. Black Coffee even goes on to discuss how he and his friends are building a town and school.
It is inspiring to see South Africa being shone in such a bright and promising light.
