Child welfare charities, orphanages and other care facilities make the most incredible difference in children’s lives; these are the organisations doing everything for children in 2025:

 

South Africa (25 February 2025) – Thousands of people are working all hours of the day to make sure that South African children are protected. These homes, projects and initiatives defend little lives in any way they can.

Child welfare is such a multi-faceted sphere, which is why there are so many different kinds of organisations. Below, you will find orphanages, adoption pages, protection groups, and so much more! We have a separate list for educational groups, which you can see here.
