Local celebrities pack a punch against Bullying in South Africa!

South African “heavy-weight” influencers are getting ready to climb into the ring and take action against Bullying!

A pandemic that is currently one of the biggest challenges facing children, parents and schools across South Africa.

Knockout Productions and JAGBullyProof join forces to highlight the effects of Bullying by uniting and training local celebrities for an unforgettable celebrity boxing evening.

“By uniting together, sharing our experiences, and partnering with JAGBullyProof we hope to contribute to ridding society of bullying once and for all”, says Bruce Benjamin from Knockout Productions.

The annual event which is to be held at Zip Zap Circus in Cape Town on the 3rd November 2018, aims to inspire young people through positive action while endorsing the sport of boxing as a discipline.

Alex Corin from JAGBullyProof adds, “Many adults relish the memories of the simpler times of being a child, however in reality most children live life in a proverbial boxing ring, with an unrelenting opponent being Bullying. The need to inspire and empower children to overcome this opponent has never been greater.

The catch – to do so through personal strength and resolve, and not through aggression, violence, and self-harm – This is our mission”.

All celebrities’ personal experiences with Bullying, views on overcoming the problem, and personal trials during their strenuous training programmes, will be captured and shared with children across the country to encourage them to become BullyProof.
