The Breast Health Foundation has people talking about fruit, but it’s not some new recipe; it’s tips on what to look out for when doing your breast exams.

 

South Africa (29 October 2021) – The Breast Health Foundation is rounding off Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a brilliant advert that explains the symptoms of breast cancer in the fruitiest way!

The Breast Health Foundation was established as a non-profit organisation in 2002 to help women newly diagnosed with breast cancer navigate their journey to recovery.

The foundation aims to raise awareness about breast cancer, breast health and offers support and counselling to women. Cancer is a life-changing diagnosis, but it can be managed with the help and support of others.

The foundation has released an awareness advert that showcases the different signs to look out for when doing your self-examinations. The advert features different fruits and vegetables showing exactly what to be aware of.

Look out for these changes in your Breast that may be a sign of Breast cancer. Know what is normal for you, if there is a change there is something we can do.
