Every community needs a heart and the only way to find it is to connect with neighbours and do more together because we are better together!
Global (26 September 2019) – Something we have come to notice in the years since launching Good Things Guy is that community is everything! People always benefit more when an entire community comes together.
Over the years, we have seen communities stand up to criminals, rally to help families in need, support important causes and fix problems such as cleaning parks or filling potholes.
Every single time we see stories like this, our hearts swell. Without community engagement, we can be left feeling very much alone. Hence why community WhatsApp and Facebook groups are so important these days.
An advert that was made quite a few years ago is going viral and doing the rounds on social media, and it highlights the importance of becoming more connected with neighbours and building a good community spirit.
We thought sharing it here would make for an excellent reminder to be more involved, you never know when an action could brighten another person’s day.
