The latest project was difficult, but the house flipper says that it was all worth it! And the R1 million profit didn’t hurt either.

Johannesburg, South Africa (16 April 2022) – Stephen Baron – the Joburg House Flipper who gained global traction worldwide – is back with a new “house flipper” video.

The proudly South African house flipper is hoping that he’ll hit a million views again with his latest renovation project.

“Flipping a house involves buying a property with the express purpose of upgrading it and then selling it again to make a profit.”

The latest project was difficult, but Baron says that it was all worth it! And the R1 million profit didn’t hurt either.

“This has been quite a journey of a house flip: renovating while tenants were living in the house, them breaking things and being delayed by months. But here we are, and she’s a real beauty.”

The passionate South African started his YouTube channel in 2020 with the idea of sharing DIY tips for flipping a house, and even though he only has five videos uploaded, one of them has just hit 1 million views!
