Savvy with Samke is a new online video series highlighting health, business and ways to save with wealth coach Samke Mhlongo.

 

South Africa (25 June 2024) — Wealth coach Samke Mhlongo and co-host Charmaine “Miss Chaz” Dube speak to four inspiring South African men and women in a new online series by Profmed called Savvy with Samke. Drawing on her 13 years of experience, she and her guests go in-depth on life’s nitty-gritty moments.

From mental health in the workplace to managing motherhood, navigating graduate life and the entrepreneurial journey, Samke and Miss Chaz spend time discussing these things in engaging chats with South Africans who are experts within their own fields too.

Samke Mhlongo is an internationally acclaimed speaker, award-winning wealth coach, and best-selling author, bringing over 13 years of expertise in personal finance. As the CEO of TWAA, Africa’s first women-only social commerce technology platform. Charmaine Dube is a Senior Specialist Business Analyst in the tech sector with expertise in analytics and operations within major South African insurance firms.

Together the encouraging duo meet with Dr. Samke Ngcobo, a medical doctor living with Bipolar Type 1; Gontse Segone, a recent university graduate; Bulelani Balabala, an awarded entrepreneur and speaker, and Perri King, a Marketing Consultant, mom and entrepreneur.

In Bulelani Balabala’s episode, he discusses his practical, budget-friendly health tips for entrepreneurs and how to optimise benefits when on an entrepreneur’s budget. Bulelani is the founder of the Township Entrepreneurs Alliance, which supports township-based businesses with knowledge sharing, skills development, enterprise development and access to the market. In another episode, we meet Perri King, a Marketing Consultant, mom and entrepreneur. She talks about all things balance and how Profmed Savvy supports an optimal work-life journey. She also dives into family dynamics. Perri shares how support from Profmed has allowed her and her husband to bridge gaps in their various upbringings, helping them get on the same page as a young family, all thanks to the use of couples therapy.
