A customer walked into a garage in Cape Town and when he went to pay for his goods, he noticed the employee had study materials for his Law degree.
Dolphin Beach, Cape Town – Bass-John Magethi stopped to buy something from the shop at his local garage. He browsed the isles and went to the till to pay.
It was then that he noticed the cashier had a book on the counter. Bass-John asked the man what the books were for and he confirmed that he studied when things got quiet at night. Bass-John was very impressed by his dedication to his studies and decided to share his story.
“I get to the garage to buy and I find the cashier studying and he says he’s studying law. Never stop hustling”
He wanted to impart the importance of studying no matter what it takes. Even if it means having to work full-time and study whenever there is a small gap between busy moments.
Many people commented that they too studied while working full-time and also studied when things got quieter.
