These are the Top 10 ladies who stand a chance to become this year’s Miss South Africa!
South Africa (16 September 2025) – Finally. The Miss South Africa organisation has officially revealed its Top 10 beauty queens for 2025, stirring some long-awaited excitement amongst SA’s pageantry crowd.
This year, women from all walks have made the cut. Doctors, flight attendants, accountants, IT professionals, entrepreneurs, models, and actresses. One of these ten fabulous ladies will go on to take the highest pageantry title in the country from reigning Miss South Africa 2024, Mia le Roux.
With judges Liezel van der Westhuizen, Devi Sankaree Govender, and Ndavi Nokeri leading the nationwide search for SA’s best, the finalists were unveiled ahead of the grand finale which will take place at SunBet Arena in Pretoria on 25 October.
Each of them brings not just beauty, but a powerful purpose they’re each hoping will them through to the diamond crown.
Bridgette Jones – ‘No one gets left behind’
Bridgette (28) grew up in Athlone, Cape Town, and today she’s balancing a career as a flight attendant while studying Management online. She says Miss SA is the next step in her journey to build a life she loves, one where compassion leads the way.
Buyisile Mashile – ‘Dream big; Reality will be bigger’
Buyisile (28) from Daveyton is a qualified doctor and surgeon who studied in Cuba and later at Wits. Coming from a home where her mother worked as a housekeeper, she knows what it means to fight for an education against the odds. She’s determined to represent kids from similar backgrounds and inspire them to dream bigger than their circumstances.
Ghee-Ann Rademan – ‘Here to love and to serve’
At 23, Ghee-Ann from Cape Town has already launched her own online counselling platform after completing a degree in Industrial Psychology. She’s passionate about mental health and wants to use the Miss SA platform to reach more young women with a message of healing and empowerment.

Gizelle Venske – ‘Follow your own footsteps’
Gizelle (27) from Vanderbijlpark is a chartered accountant who has just completed her articles at Deloitte and even spent a stint working in Sydney. Now back home, she’s using her expertise to promote financial literacy, mentoring peers on everything from credit scores to budgeting. She believes that being true to your own path opens doors others might never imagine.
Karabo Mareka – ‘You will never know unless you try’
Karabo (27) grew up in Alexandra, Johannesburg, and today works as a flight attendant for United Airlines, based in the US. She entered Miss SA to show young South Africans, especially those who face financial struggles like she did, that opportunities can be created if you’re willing to take a chance.
Luyanda Nonhlelo Zuma – ‘You are never too young to lead’
Luyanda (23) is an actress, model and media entrepreneur originally from Pietermaritzburg. A former Top 10 Miss SA finalist in 2022, she’s back with even more determination. Through her foundation and media company, she’s committed to uplifting young people and reshaping African storytelling.
Lebohang Msimanga – ‘Stick to the plan, not your mood’
Lebohang (27) grew up in Empangeni but now calls Midrand home. With a degree in Economics and Marketing, she works as a client manager and model. She’s also the founder of Lebo Leads Foundation, which helps young people build leadership skills. When she’s not busy with work, she’s in the kitchen volunteering to feed hungry children through the Rivers Foundation.
Nthabiseng Kgasi – ‘Let your why guide you’
Nthabiseng (30) from Soweto is a marketing manager with a passion for digital empowerment. She negotiated her way into working on projects that uplift small businesses and entrepreneurs, and she also runs her own social media management company. For her, Miss SA is about combining professional expertise with service.
Qhawekazi Mazaleni – ‘Don’t be afraid to be seen trying’
Qhawekazi (24), originally from East London, is a speech therapist currently completing her master’s degree with a focus on autism. She says her greatest contribution so far has been bridging cultural and language gaps in therapy, making sure more South Africans get the care they deserve.
Zanele Phakathi – ‘God’s timing is perfect’
Zanele (27) from Soweto is a business IT professional who also runs two organisations of her own: Diamonds Model Academy and Za Power House Foundation. She’s passionate about giving young people the tools to succeed — from education to digital skills — and hopes to grow her Empower Ed campaign into a national movement.
