Sibling singing group from Johannesburg Biko’s Manna have made it all the way to America’s Got Talent’s live show performances!

Global (08 August 2024) — Just last month, sibling singing group Biko’s Manna (Biko, Manna and little Mfundo) wowed the America’s Got Talent judges with their rendition of Bobby McFerrin’s ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy’ which earned them a standing ovation. If that wasn’t insight enough as to the talent of these young South Africans then this next part will be—they have made it to the America’s Got Talent’s live show!

Amongst 43 other talents, including acrobats, bands, ‘extreme’ ballet performances and dance groups, Biko’s Manna will bring their gift of song to the America’s Got Talent stage and edge a little closer to the changing of winning the competition.

“We’re so excited to announce that we made it to the Live Shows on AGT!! This is a dream come true!! We have no words to describe happy and grateful we are that we’ve reached this stage of our lives together,” the sibling group shared in a reaction video to the news.

The group, who began picking up in popularity after they starting posting singing videos on social media, have risen to many musical heights in a fairly short amount of time from viral videos spanning millions of views to touring the United States. For the two teenagers and Mfundo, who is only eight, it’s been a whirlwind experience as each of their dreams slowly starts to come to fruition.

Biko’s Manna will perform for the America’s Talent’s Live Show next week Tuesday where we’re sure Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel will love them just as much as their home country does.
