A South African used her social media to help a little girl, who is bravely fighting cancer, with her ultimate travel wish!
Morgan Auret has been bravely fighting cancer since 2014 while still holding on to her dream to visit Paris and Disney Land!
Morgan was not allowed to fly since being diagnosed but Doctors recently gave her a ” travel window” that authorised her to climb on a plane… now all she needed was the funds to do it!
Susana Kennedy heard about Morgan’s dream and immediately decided to assist her. Kennedy took to social media late December and asked her friends and followers to help her make this dream come true!
“Do any of my friends have any contacts at Disney? I have a little girl who’s been battling cancer for a really long time and who’s wish is to go to Disney (in Paris). We’ve just been given a window by the doctors today that she can travel right now so no time for lengthy organization, I need flights, accomidation and Disney passes for her and her parents. If anyone can help I would be deeply appreciated.”
Within a couple of hours, South Africans started responding to the request and offering to assist with all sorts of donations.
“Thank you for making my Christmas Wish come true!!! Morgan and her whole family are going to Disney Land!!! I know to many people it may seem crazy that sending a stranger to Disney Land is my Christmas wish but this little girl has bravely been fighting cancer since 2014 and this is her wish, so how could I ignore that?

And a couple of days later… thanks to Kennedy and her social media plea, everything had been arranged and Morgan left for her dream trip!
