The Sandton SPCA recently gave a shout-out to their volunteer gift-wrapper Lehlogonolo Morfard who has dedicated his free time to lend a helping hand.
Sandton, South Africa (22 December 2021) – The Sandton SPCA had a stall at their local mall to raise money for the organisation by wrapping Christmas gifts. The gift wrapping stand was volunteer-based, and one volunteer went above and beyond to help the SPCA team.
Lehlogonolo Morfard is the man of the hour! The SPCA team gave him a shout-out on their Facebook page in the hopes of rewarding his efforts with a potential job offer for the new year.
“Special recognition from the Sandton SPCA goes to this awesome youngster, Lehlogonolo Morfard. Lehlo finished his studies last year and has been looking for employment opportunities since with no real success. In the meantime, this gentleman has spent his free time this holiday volunteering for our gift wrapping team every single day – and is the first one to put his hand up to step in for any volunteer no shows in any particular wrapping shift.
His work ethic is commendable. His conduct and service is professional. His attention to detail is amazing. His personality is lovable! Thank you Lehlo for all your efforts. You shine”
They went on to share some of his experience and qualifications to better supply a potential employer with the details they would need.
“We would like pay it forward and ask if any of our supporters have work opportunities that they could offer this incredible person. Lehlo has completed his Engineering and related designs (NCV) Level 2-4 course and has had a bit of work experience in the sales arena.
If anyone is able to extend a helping hand, please direct message our Facebook Page and we will put you in touch with him.”
You can reach out to the SPCA here if you have a possible job opportunity for Lehlogonolo.
