Dan Mace recently joined forces with MrBeast to do good things for South African kids, and in just two short months, the Beast Philanthropy team have already kicked off two massive projects.

Johannesburg, South Africa (09 March 2023) – South African filmmaker Dan Mace recently teamed up with the “World’s Most Followed Person” on YouTube and they are doing good things for the kids of our country.

Mace recently joined forces with MrBeast, an American currently ranked as the “World’s Most Followed Person” on YouTube with over 137 million subscribers. To put that into perspective, that is around 1.8% of the World’s Population, which is a gargantuan amount of eyes pointing in his direction at all times.

His foundation, “Beast Philanthropy”, was formed in 2017 and has done incredibly good work around the world but with Mace taking on the role of Chief Creative Officer of the Philanthropy Channel, some of those “Beast” good things were bound to happen in South Africa.

Early this year, “Beast Philanthropy” announced its plan to rebuild an Orphanage in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, over the next six months. But just two months later, and the foundation has already completed another project – donating 20,000 pairs of shoes to kids in South Africa.

The video was uploaded 12 hours ago and has already racked up 650,000 views, giving us all the feels.
