This October, every entry into ILoveBoobies’ Imagine Challenge directly funds a life-saving screening for a woman in need. It’s an awesome way to get summer-ready while making a real difference!

South Africa (12 September 2025) – ILoveBoobies’ Imagine Challenge is back, and it’s all to support International Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This October, every pink step, pedal, or stretch is a stand against breast cancer through the month-long virtual event, which encourages the public to run, walk, cycle, swim, do gym, yoga, CrossFit (or any sport they love) and share their distances and times from 1 to 31 October.

Every entry into the Imagine Challenge funds a life-saving screening for a woman in need. At the same time, participants set their own goals, push their limits, and get summer-ready with purpose.

Last year’s impact saw 9,000 participants join the challenge, funding free screenings for over 2,500 women!

This year, you too can be a part of this impact. You can choose your challenge and push your limits in any of the following ways:

Classic

  • 2 km of Running/Walking/Hiking
  • 310 km of Cycling
  • 10 km of Swimming
  • 20 hours of any other sport for the month

Ultra

  • 3 km of Running/Walking/Hiking
  • 500 km of Cycling
  • 20 km of Swimming
  • 31 hours of any other sport for the month

Participants will have the entire month to complete one or multiple challenges. Every activity you log counts, even other races or events you’re already entered into.

“We’ve partnered with top brands to offer jaw-dropping lucky draws worth over R20,000 throughout October. This is the largest virtual event prize-giving in South Africa,” ILoveBoobies shared.

Sign up on the ILoveBoobies website, and on 30 September, you will get a link to access your race profile, where you will choose your challenge and download your race number. You can also join the charity’s Strava Community platform and share your experience.

Your entry fee includes a donation towards breast cancer screening, a race platform and finisher’s certificate, entry to weekly prize draws, Imagine Socks and tons of other goodies.

ILoveBoobies NPC provides free breast screenings to women who face economic or logistical challenges in South Africa. Proceeds from the sale of merchandise, donations, and your entry fee are used to fund the screening programme.
