The Proteas have been picked, with the best of the best netball players ready to represent South Africa in the upcoming Netball World Cup on home ground. Meet the team:
South Africa (22 May, 2023)—The streets of Cape Town have been kitted out, walls have been dressed with art and it’s nearly all-systems-go for the Netball World Cup; the first to be held in Africa with Cape Town playing host to the world.
As excitement continues to build across netball-loving nations (16 teams will battle it out on the courts) the Proteas representing South Africa have been officially announced.

“We have been in camp since May 7th, and I believe that we have worked very hard with the players at our disposal. We have had some technical and tactical aspects of the game put to the players and at their game. We manage to get some practice matches as well so that, we are sure.
