Team South Africa has added several new medals to the tally and we cannot be prouder! They have two days left at the World Transplant Games so let’s show our support.

 

Perth, Australia (20 April 2023) – The South African Transplant Sports Association has praised team SA for adding more medals to the tally at the 2023 World Transplant Games. We must say, we are equally as proud of the team and look forward to seeing how they fair in the final two days of the international event.

The games are taking place in Perth, Australia from the 15th of April to the 22nd of April 2023. 40 South African athletes are in attendance and working towards making us all proud!

SATSA took to Facebook to congratulate the team on adding more medals to the tally. Take a look below.

Congratulations to our medal winners for Tennis:

Individual men’s tennis results:

  • Pedro Basson – Gold
  • Jacques Boshoff – Silver
  • Joshua Kriegler- Bronze
  • Lloyd Perry -Silver

And our golfers who had another astounding round of golf! Medal winners in Individual golf today:

  • Heilie Uys – Silver
  • Sean Samjuh – Silver
  • Derek Botes -Silver
  • Jaco Potgieter – Bronze”
