Virginia SPCA’s overnight and after-hours kennels give families a safe, compassionate way to ensure pets are cared for.

Virginia, South Africa (12 December 2025) – Life can be unpredictable, and the Virginia SPCA understands just how quickly someone’s circumstances can fall apart. Even the most responsible pet owners can suddenly find themselves facing financial strain, illness, housing problems, or personal heartbreak. Because of this, the SPCA has created a safe option for people who feel they have nowhere else to turn. Their Overnight and After-Hours Surrender Kennels are designed specifically for those difficult moments when bringing a pet in during office hours isn’t possible.
