One of Gauteng’s favourite green escapes, offering peaceful walking trails and plenty of beautiful scenery.
4. Wonderboom Nature Reserve- Pretoria (3km)
A relatively easy hike that rewards walkers with sweeping views across Pretoria from the top.

Ideal if you’re after a quieter trail where you can slow down and enjoy the sounds of nature.
