Lovemore Robson and his incredible team are proving that when communities roll up their sleeves together, even the toughest environmental challenges can be turned into cleaner, safer spaces for everyone.

Johannesburg, South Africa (29 October 2026) – When it comes to championing a greener future for all, Lovemore Robson and his team are among the first in line.

In the spirit of World Cleanup and Recycling Month, the Lovemore Foundation (Live Life Always) recently demonstrated what can be achieved when communities, schools, local leadership, and stakeholders share a common vision for healthier, safer, and cleaner neighbourhoods.

Alongside Diepsloot community members, learners, and other partners, the Lovemore team took direct action against illegal dumping in Ward 95. They worked together to clear a persistent dumpsite behind a local primary school. The site, which severely affected nearby residents and students, contained waste from surrounding households, businesses, and other users. A total of 80 bags of waste were collected and safely transferred to the landfill.

“Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make a difference. Together, we can keep our communities clean,” said Lovemore, confirming that the waste was appropriately collected and disposed.

Building on that momentum, this past Friday the Lovemore Foundation joined forces with a local real estate agency to tackle litter along Douglasdale Drive toward the highway.

“Together, we rolled up our sleeves and worked to create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for everyone,” Lovemore shared.

“A sincere thank you to Instaproperti Property Estate, who contributed both donations and hard work to make a difference.”

Lovemore has made it his personal mission to pick up any bit of litter or trash in his path, even if he has to return to the same spot time and time again.

The clean-up champion continues to put the community first, partnering with local organisations and businesses to drive real impact in Fourways, Kyalami, Sunninghill, Douglasdale and surrounding communities. Because, as he puts it, that is how cleaner communities are achieved.

The NPO welcomes support from the public through monetary donations and supplies. To get in touch with Lovemore and his hardworking team, email [email protected] or [email protected].
