The weather forecasters of Johannesburg are all warning that the start of the summer storms are happening this week, so rain and thunder lovers, your time has come.
Johannesburg, South Africa – Before we go any further, this is an early forecast. That is how weather forecasters protect themselves from angry mobs when the weather doesn’t play out like it was predicted. We totally get that, but also, we are excited about the summer rains.
We would like to also formally say that should it not rain; we are sorry to have gotten you excited. Naturally, we are optimistic so hold fingers and toes with us, okay?
Right, so the Gauteng Weather account on Twitter issued a “breaking” announcement saying that the first storms were predicted to start rolling in this week.
