A video has been going around Facebook of a brave cat saving a puppy that slipped into a ditch. Only it isn’t a puppy its a little kitten.
If you look closely you will see that it is in fact a little kitten and highly likely the cats very own kitten. The video starts out with the cat staring down at the small kitten and trying to figure out how to get the kitten out.
The kitten in turn is looking up at the cat and frantically trying to jump out of the steep ditch. Suddenly the kitten slips and falls further down into the ditch.
The cat doesn’t hesitate and jumps into the ditch after the kitten. The cat then bites the back of the kittens neck and tries to find its footing in the rubble. This action is a natural way to calm down the kitten and in no way hurts it.
The cat then easily carries the kitten back up the ditch and jumps onto the grass just outside the ditch. The story has a happy ending as kitten and mom cat are safely reunited.
