That’s a very big charge for such a little ellie!


Kruger National Park, South Africa (23 October 2022) – A cute little elephant showed a Safari vehicle “who the boss was” with a mock charge.

Elephants tend to mock charge to display threatening gestures and are highly involved in the defensive behaviour of the animal. Baby ellies are mostly still learning but this little one could definitely still have left a dent should he have made contact.
