Finn takes the hunt for mysterious James to a whole new level, lining up “suspects” outside the bakery in a hilarious investigation

Cape Town, South Africa (29 September 2025) – Weirdough Bakery is once again caught up in the ongoing saga of James, the mysterious customer who won’t collect his order. In its latest video, Weirdough Bakery takes the hunt to dramatic new heights with an over the top investigation.

Finn leads the “official” search outside the bakery, lining up a group of men of all ages as though they are suspects in a police lineup. He interrogates each one carefully. Asking them to turn side to side, show their profiles, and even reveal their backs. All in an effort to identify James. The bakery makes no effort to hide just how seriously they are taking the mission.

The video is captioned with an official statement: “Official Statement: James Investigation Bureau. All suspects cleared. Case status: unsolved.” Despite the dramatic setup, James remains at large, and Finn’s investigation continues.

The humour and creativity gets better and better. The line-up of “suspects,” Finn’s unwavering focus, and the investigation make a perfect comedic mix that will have you watching over and over again.

We wait for the next hunt. For now, the case remains open and Finn is still dedicated.
