Netflix has released over 115 episodes of the Nike Training Club so that people can train, get fit and exercise from the comfort of their homes.

Global (05 January 2023) – If you are on your 5th day of sticking to your fitness goals then high-five to you! If you need a little motivation, we may have just found it for you. Netflix has partnered with Nike and released over 115 episodes of fitness content.

Yes, that means you can still binge-watch your favourite series and get some fitness in between. The Nike Training Club is made up of ten series, each with several episodes. Whether you are looking for a quick 10-minute workout or want to add some serious weights to the challenge, it’s all there!

The series is available for South African streamers, you need only type “Nike” into the search bar and they will all pop up.

This fits right into the annual January craze to get fit after the festive bulge and the best part is, it doesn’t cost more than your monthly subscription fee which you are already paying. Their tagline for this one is “Just Stream It” – too clever, Nike, too clever!

The Nike Fitness Club is actually an app and they have since partnered with Netflix to make their content available to more people. Professional trainers create workouts for every type of body and fitness level.

Some of the series include:

  1. Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes)
  2. Two Weeks to a Stronger Core (7 episodes)
  3. Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga (6 episodes)
  4. HIT & Strength with Tara (14 episodes)
  5. Feel-Good Fitness (6 episodes)
  6. 10 Minute Workouts (26 episodes)
  7. 20 Minute Workouts (10 episodes)
  8. 30 Minute Workouts (3 episodes)
  9. Bodyweight Burn (16 episodes)
  10. High Intensity Training (14 episodes)

So there you have it; you can now do training and fitness exercises in the comfort of your living room.
