From political faux pas to celebrities with egg on their face, Coconut Kelz hilariously “Eskorts” us through all the trending topics on Twitter in new digi-series.

South Africa (16 February 2021) – Twitter is the Wild West of social media when it comes to drama and scandal. And what do South Africans do in the face of drama and scandal? We make the best jokes!

No one does this better than Coconut Kelz. With her knack of calling a spade a spade, Coconut Kelz has been upsetting social media users with her hilarious satire for a while now, and we can’t get enough! Kelz has teamed up with Eskort on a new digi-series that takes a look at all the trending topics on Twitter. From politicians and celebrities causing waves to regular Joes doing insane things, #WhoGotChowed covers it all.

The first guest on Kelz’s #WhoGotChowed was lockdown sensation Schalk Bezuidenhout. Together they discussed the whole Ace Magashule asbestos scandal, and while they both feel any opinion on his behaviour is rather risky, their discussion made us laugh out loud. Since then, there have been some really funny episodes.

In the latest episode, Kelz meets King Olwee and together they look at booze being back, SA celebs being bigots and delicious “shishinyama” at Kwa Mai Mai. There are a few tense moments but it all melts away as they indulge in some proudly South African chow.

Kelz uses Eskort products to embrace all the proudly South African chow on offer, making sure her guests are fed well. From having sticky ribs fresh off the fire to big juicy Russians in what Capetonians call the “Gatsby” or also known as a Kota in Gauteng. Whatever she chows, she gets our mouths watering!

While many of the situations discussed in these episodes initially left people angered or lying in a ball on the floor crying, Kelz really helps us process the information, and we can all laugh out loud together in the end.

You can catch up on all the hilarious episodes via the Eskort YouTube channel here and see the latest episode below.
