Get ready for relatable cuteness! Rhino orphans are showing us what two modes we need to embrace this holiday, and that’s all the vibes followed by a solid nap.
Undisclosed Location, South Africa (15 December 2025) – Baby rhinos, it turns out, are just humans on holiday.
They have two modes, namely full energy vibes or out cold for nap time, and this is exactly the vibe we are looking for this Dezemba!
The Zululand Rhino Orphanage recently shared a funny video of how little rhinos have two modes. And we totally relate!
We had a proper giggle watching the video because we are pretty sure there are more than a few humans out there, living the rhino life at the moment.
Watching them feels like permission to be joyful without purpose; to rest without earning it (even though we know, you definitely earned it!).
So if you needed a sign to fully lean into your holiday energy, let it be this. Go hard. Laugh loudly. Chase the moment. And when your body says “that’s enough”, flop into the metaphorical dust and nap like a baby rhino.
