Pietermaritzburg, South Africa (26 March 2025) – Rewriting the stories of people in vulnerable and challenging circumstances attached to homelessness is at the heart of the Life Changer SA charity.
At its Life Boat Centre, individuals are empowered through creativity and purpose through a programme that offers the destitute the opportunity to create beautiful handmade items.
The amazing part is that in return, they earn Life Boat Vouchers, which can be exchanged for essential services such as meals, clothing, and medical care from Life Changer SA and local businesses that support the programme.
“These unique crafts are then sold to raise funds, directly supporting our project to provide much-needed essentials to those we serve.
“By purchasing these items, you’re not only acquiring a special piece of art but also contributing to a cycle of hope and dignity,” shares Life Changer.
